this afternoon i decided to take the kids to the beach in coronado. it was a cool day and i didn't think they'd want to go in the ocean, so i didn't put them in their bathing suits. they had other ideas! they made a run for the water and were soaked about 30 seconds after we got to the shore. good thing i brought a change of clothes for them. we had such a chill afternoon..just the 3 of us :) we spend so much time making plans with friends (all of whom we love!) but sometimes the best times aren't planned and are just between the 3 of us. (or 4 of us when shane is home..we ALWAYS have more fun when daddy gets to play too.) we wrapped up the day with dinner at yummy sushi..fun, fun, fun!!!
